Shipping policy

Please be sure to allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. An Abigail Wong Jewelry representative will contact you if there is an issue with your order in regards to delivery time or credit card verification.  All Abigail Wong Jewelry orders over $1000 will require a signature upon delivery unless requested otherwise. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Abigail Wong Jewelry is not responsible for any delayed delivery or any other issues after your order leaves Abigail Wong Jewelry. 

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped through DHL Express Worldwide.

Duties and Taxes are not included in the total checkout as Abigail Wong Jewelry is not responsible for duties, taxes and other fees associated with international shipments. 

If you refuse a shipment from Abigail Wong Jewelry, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Abigail Wong Jewelry. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
